You made it here, week 3, and somehow you're starting to implement meditation in your life (even if it's only an intention so far!). This is a major step to more well being for yourself and all you do with your life, congratulations!
This week meditation : listening
This week, we'll focus on developing our listening skills.
This meditation is designed with no sound apart from my voice. As you'll start listening to it, you'll also be able to listen to the sounds around yourself.
Make sure you practice this meditation without any headphones on so that you can catch up the sounds around you.
